have you tried to use text pal? it works wonders with any screen reader.
it is free as well.

Can someone help please?
The commands for the above on the Serotek site do not seem to work for me.
I am using Adobe Reader 9 and Vista.
Once I open a pdf I get the serotek noise, and when I use my poor eyesight to
click on the "next page" button, SA reads it fine, using modifier arrow down.
But, the only way I can find the button is with the virtual mouse.
Any advice would be welcome.
I find pdfs so difficult to read!
