Hi all,
In our utility bill this month is a notice from the city on their "good
neighbor" program, which will help those who qualify with utility bills,
heating/cooling system repairs, and home energy upgrades and weatherization.
It says any disabled person living independently qualifies; also seniors
over 65 who meet financial standards can qualify.
If you are interested, call the Capitol Area Community Action Agency at
222-2043.
