you know, they still need the voice technology for you to set the start
time, but it annoys the **** out of me that they don't include the
technology on a single chip that lets the clocks on devices set themselves
through a choice of sources (a gps signal, a WWV radio signal, even a wifi
connection when the home has one). it's got to be cheaper than voice
recognition technology, and we wouldn't have to do it each time the power
went out!
