fyi, I received a copy of the email below, apparently sent to all the city commissioners plus Ron Garrison and Brian Waterman of StarMetro. ------------------------------ Chip Orange Database Administrator Florida Public Service Commission Chip.Orange@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (850) 413-6314 (Any opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the Florida Public Service Commission.) ________________________________ From: mccaulo@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mccaulo@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, September 13, 2010 4:11 PM To: commissioners@xxxxxxxxxx; ronald.garrison@xxxxxxxxxx; brian.waterman@xxxxxxxxxx; John Plescow; Chip Orange; eworley@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Fwd: FW: [tabi] Re: StarMetro call for projects for the disabled In his August 26 e-mail to John Plescow, Mr. Garrison said that putting Braille placards at bus stops would be cost prohibitive. Why couldn't this $47,000 "New Freedom" money be used for that purpose, as suggested by Mr. Orange below? To those of us on the outside of the process, it would appear that StarMetro, specifically Mr. Garrison, has once again distorted certain facts as they relate to Nova 2010. Doesn't anyone else think that this whole mess just smells bad? Owen B. Below is my summary of the call, and below that is a summary of a notice StarMetro placed in the Democrat over the weekend. ------------------------------ Chip Orange Database Administrator Florida Public Service Commission Chip.Orange@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (850) 413-6314 (Any opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the Florida Public Service Commission.) > -----Original Message----- > From: tabi-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:tabi-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:tabi-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?> ] On Behalf Of Chip Orange > Sent: Monday, September 13, 2010 2:03 PM > To: tabi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [tabi] Re: StarMetro call for projects for the disabled > > Hi all, > > Today I received a call from Brian Waterman, a senior planner at > StarMetro.
