I signed up and still plan on being there. I know you needed husbands to come
and help but Jason will be out of town for work that week. If something changes
and he doesn't have to go he will come, but for right now I am flying solo. 😊

Subject: SWC Update on Trinity Friends
HI,
Our Circle is helping out with Trinity Friends on Tuesday, October 25th at
5:15 p.m. (Friends start arriving at 5:30 p.m.) We need all the help we can
get!
Normally we put on a carnival. However, there is an event at Trinity the
night of Trinity Friends so we aren't allowed to set up the games outside in
the hallway at the entrance of Wesley Hall. We would have to do it on the CDC
side of the gym hallway which would be too far for a lot of the "friends" to
walk. Therefore, we decided to NOT do the carnival games and instead let the
friends go "Trick or Treat"ing for prizes instead. We will have "Trick of
Treat" stations (maybe 6 or 7). 3 up a long the front of the stage and 3-4
down along where the food line is where the friends can go to and collect
prizes.
Also, I know there was a question about if children could help. The policy is
no one under the age of 16 can help out at Trinity Friends.
If anyone in our class needs childcare please let me know by October 11th.
