I think we should definitely invite all the UMW ladies to contribute!

Are we asking the other circles to contribute to the bake sale? Back in the
hey-day of BWS, we used to get LOADS of baked goods from all the circles. The
past couple of years it seems to be primarily SWC doing the baking. The return
of BWS might be a great opportunity to invite them to participate in the bake
sale again. :-)

Hi Ladies,
Here is the low down on BWS so far.
These decisions were made based on the responses we received so please give us
your input on future questions.
Breakfast with Santa (BWS) will be Sunday, Dec 4 in Wesley Hall from 7 am -1
pm. Set up will be on Saturday, Dec 3 from 8:30 am -1:30pm. We will hold our
SWC/BWS bake sale on Dec 4 as well.
Set Up: Audrey will do set up for 20 round tables with 10 chairs each in Wesley
Hall (WH). We will have 3-4 long tables in the back of WH for the bake sale.
Bake Sale:
Kay West will be in charge of the Narthex satellite bake sale. Stephanie Bolton
will be in charge of the NRLobby bake sale and Fawn Smith will be in charge of
the Wesley Hall bake sale. We will sell by donation only, so no pricing needed.
Bring your goodies "dressed to sell"!! Lots of people buy our baked goods as
gifts. We will set up the Wesley Hall and NRLobby bake sale tables on Saturday.
Kay will set her Narthex table up early Sunday morning. We will need paper
table cloths for the bake sale tables. No need to spend money using Phil's
cloth rectangle table cloths.
Decorations: Each SWC member will bring decorations for one table. I know of
three members unable to be there Sunday. Please find someone to set your table
up for you and give them your decorations. We will use the Market Place round
white table cloths on our 20 tables. We need to look at them ahead of time and
see if they need any touch up ironing.
