For crafts, I have the crafts all set (an easy ornament for all ages)
and coloring pages. I know Jenny McNees will be there to help. Trina was
going to check with Amanda and Becca to see if any other youth helpers can
help. If anyones youth aged kids would like to help please let me know. The
kids will probably need help to tie the string to the ornament, write their
names on the back and the younger kids peeling stickers. :)

I’m sorry I am missing out tonight! All my crew is sick and cruddy.
I wanted to pass on some last-minute BWS info so you all can discuss it
tonight.
As you know we start selling tickets this Sunday and the following
Sunday. We will sell in the new room, Narthex and preschool lobbies. We
will have easel boards at each location and we have flyers to hand out as
well. *Allison, *can you get us three money bags with change?
Holiday Bake Sale: *Rebecca *is in charge of the narthex bake sale,
*Stephanie
*is in charge of the NR bake sale, *who *is the lead on the WH bake
sale? These ladies will need to purchase red plastic tablecloths from the
dollar tree to cover all the big sale tables in each location. Stephanie
has done the bake sale before and can explain how it’s usually done.
Tickets: *Lisa* is giving everyone 10 personal tickets tonight to
sell on your own. This is our buffer if the pancake sale is a dud. We
decided that each member would try to sell 10 tickets and then either
purchase the remaining tickets as a donation or return the remaining
tickets to Lisa. *Lisa *needs the number of tickets you sold by
November 27 so she can relay that info to *Angela *for purchasing
food. You can return any additional tickets to Lisa when you give her your
ticket money on December 2 set up.
Table Set Up: *Sharon *will need to purchase two red plastic
tablecloths from the dollar tree for the two bussing tables in WH as well
as 400 vanity fair napkins. *Do *we still roll the silverware? Also
in the past we have used clear plastic juice cups for preserving the
fruit. *Are *we doing that this year? If so Sharon will need to get
the cups as well.
Santa Scape: *Audrey *will bring the mantle Thursday, Nov 30 to WH.
Publicity: We will need to move the preschool easel board to the
kitchen entrance so people will know where proceeds are going on the day
of
BWS. There will also be placards on the bake sale tables as well.
Anything else we need to decide on tonight? Remeber you can be
reimbursed for your purchases or do it as a donation. Please give your
receipts to Allison If you would like to be reimbursed.
