Hello Shane. We are doing a full renovation on one of our reshalls and decided
to put carpet tiles in the common areas of the building and rolled carpet in
the rooms. We chose to use carpet to give more of a residential feel. We have
carpet tiles in all of our residence hall lobby areas and have never had any
issues with replacing or cleaning them. They have been very convenient and a
great look for us.
