Hi folks, After installing the latest beta I started work on a new project which I had done some preliminary noise reduction on in SoundForge. I had normalized the file on SoundForge, but wanted to re-do the normalization after doing some editing in SR to compress pauses, and to compress the file down from a little over 57 minutes to 54 minutes in SR. When I attempted to do a normalize I got an error saying that something was wrong with the parameters. After three tries, and using SR's default settings for normalization and getting the same message I decided to export the file as an MP3, close down SR, reload SR, reload the file, copy the contents to a new document and try again. This did work, but what was really strange was that prior to saving the file originally in SR I attempted to do a mix adding a second file to the end of the first one, and got the same message that I had gotten when I had tried to normalize just the one file. So, I don't know if there was just something that had not loaded in SR the way it should have the first time around or what, but thought APH might want to know about the problem anyway.
