[studiorecorder] Headphones audio

I am wondering if there is a setting in Studio Recorder that you can turn on
for our volunteers to be able to hear themselves in a pair of headphones while
they are recording. Some of our volunteers want this and some don't.
Does anybody do this in their studio?
