who is steadily tearing him to pieces. He sees Ahearn drop, and looks stricken.

The party goes first. Ahearn misses with both swords. Ahearn takes 4HPs from
the vrock and two from the frog thing's claw. Ahearn drops. Sean misses as
well. Sean takes 10HPs from Vrock #2 before him. Manrug and Donik and screaming
at the frog and vrock (good name for a bar!) to get their attention. Joseph is
moving to grab up Ahearn. They will be there next round.
John Mac hits once for a bunch of damage; halberds work wonders on large
creatures. The Vrock #4 does 17 HPs damage to John in return. Both of them are
looking a bit beat up. Vrock #3 that Hagar chased after and Holly and
Carnodolana are shooting at goes down. Holly missed twice, but Carnodolana put
two arrows into it and Hagar cut it to shreds before the other archers shot (or
I needed to roll). I am assuming Hagar runs for the remaining vrocks. Vrock #4
is closest with John Mac, next round. Sicarius makes it to John Mac but misses
the large ugly vulture-looking thing. Trehik and Nesgrous are waiting for
another column and protecting the camp itself with a few archers. Several
gnomish archers are moving carefully towards the cavern entrance under Kelbis.
