Sorry, nothing in here was trapped. Not really an ogre thing. The keys
for the chests were on the ogres or Hilda. You find 20 barrels have rotting
flour, 2 flat stale beer, 2 fresh beer, 15 of coal, and 2 of oil. One of the
flour barrels has been opened. The six boxes have sail canvas in them. Crates 1
– 10 small metal shields, 2 – a dozen spears each, 3 – 20 short swords with 10
extra scabbards, 4 – 8 footman’s flails; 4- 12 felling axes with 12 extra
handles; 3 – a dozen pair of hard high leather boots (brown), 2 – 48 daggers
with 12 extra scabbards; 2 – 24 footman’s picks. Boxes, 1 – 100 beeswax
candles, 1 12 ceramic vials (empty) packed in sawdust; 1 – 23 balls of twine, 1
– a dozen pairs of soft low boots (black), 1 – 8 shovelheads, and 28 blocks of
red sealing wax along with two of black. (1x1x6 inches each).
Among the coins are 43 sacks of copper each about 1200 coins more or
less.
In one chest, 500 small bags of 100 copper each. 132 green, 197 plain
muslin, 6 blood stained, and 165 black bags. No idea the significance of the
colors, yet. In total, you will collect 808 platinum, from an iron coffer in
the girls' room, 2717 gold from Hilda's check. 588 random gold coins from the
bodies and a grand total of 250,099 copper (all total except the 50,000 in
small bags).
The small box under the chief's (Lori's) bed. The small wooden box
lined with grey silk contains 23 gems; Amethyst, 2 x Aquamarine, Black Pearl,
Bloodstone, Brown-green Garnet, Citrine, Coral, Deep Blue Spinel, Eye Agate,
Freshwater Pearl, 2 x Golden Pearl, Golden Yellow Topaz, Hematite, Jade, 2 x
Jasper, Moss Agate, Silver Pearl, Violet Garnet, White Opal, and a White Pearl.
There are also 10 two handed swords, one in a scabbard and some jewelry
pieces as well. Silver necklace with green gems, a silver pendant with rubies,
wrought gold earrings, a gold brooch with topazes, a jade brooch, silver
earrings with blue gems, a wrought silver and gold crown with matched
earrings, (all in a cabinet), Lori's silver pendant, and a silver ring with an
emerald on Hilda's left ring finger. The dung heap is full of dung.
You can get everything moved into the current storage area. It will
take most of a day plus a bit to clean up all of the coinage.
Sadly (for the DM) nothing bothers you during this time, but Sean
swears he hears steam venting through the earth. Holly might agree with him but
is less sure.
