The update list is hidden on the download page
(http://www.blimey.strayduck.com/download.htm). Alternatively you can send
an e-mail from the address you wish to subscribe to
steemupdate-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "subscribe" as the subject.
If you don't have access to your old address any more then let me know what
it is and I'll unsubscribe it (if you haven't already).
