Dear All
I cobbled this together to try to streamline the process and help clincians
think about specificity of risk and risk formulation. It is in a rough draft
format and while it looks a bit cumbersome, feedback from those who have been
kind enough to use it for me, has been positive. Anyway, I thought I would
circulate it to see what you think.
