I've changed a few things around in stampIncludes.inc, so if you edit it be
sure to download the new version first.
Also, there's a big security risk in having files that end with .inc as
opposed to .inc.php or just .php. Anyone can access the .inc and see
plaintext passwords. I think all the includes should end in .php.
