[stamp] stamp_includes.php

there was a small change I made in stamp_includes.php that got overwritten.
I've fixed it (I changed the link from "home.php" to "index.php" nav bar.)
Also on that, I renamed home.php to index.php because users really shouldn't
be presented with a directory, they should go straight to a page, now they
do.
Be sure to check the files on the server before you upload any changes you
make.
