[stamp] image on robot summary

The robot summary page now displays images.
Images should be sized to 200x150 in portrait. If they aren't they will be
skewed to that size. (Resizing will have to be a feature added later)
Images should be stored in /images/robots/xxx.jpg where xxx is the team
number without any leading zeros.
