[stamp] pop-up tooltips

Hey guys, I saw a cool tutorial on javascript pop-up tooltips at
http://solardreamstudios.com/learn/css/qtip . Check out the demo, it think
it would be good to use on the ranking page, the tooltip for the columns
could have the full name of what's displayed as well as a description. What
do you think?
