Write a script That modprobing usbserial , run wvdialconf/pppconfig ,
ask phoneno username & password . use zenity as front end.
also provide a simplescript for hotpug integration with usbserial (it
works out of the box in my experience)
If needed you can place a shortcut in /usr/bin with connect & disconnect
commands & create an icon in desktop/panel. If you need more add a
connect disconnect option for ppp connection to network-applet
i am ready to guide you in This.
