1. Didn't RR say he was blocking me because I was filling up his in-box and you
went along with it till just now?
2. Do you agree that RR just proved himself a liar by responding to 2 of my
emails as I earlier had guessed he
might not have blocked me? Same with Lee our pixiehat light weight?
3. All of a sudden you have come up with Moderator, Error Messages, Messes,
Clean Up, terms we never heard of before?
I understand that a non-member is not allowed to post on our net but
members can post messages from from non-members
to explain our points and even other's points of view which RR does all the
time.and that is free speech for the benefit of all.
Whats the mess and where is the damage?
4. Explain what duties does a moderator have?
5. Perhaps an Administrator who administrates least, administrates best?
6. Aren't you top dog and there is no one above that can take your job away?

To be clear and to attempt to either stop your misunderstanding or your
deliberate misinformation.
No one currently has blocked you. You have also NEVER been blocked.
Moderators - on one except me, but I offered you the job but you declined and
Owners, that's me, have the power to::
1: Moderate members so that their posts have to be manually approved. I've
done that to RR when he started insulting you and calling you names. No list
should tolerate name calling and intentional abuse of other members.
2. Unsubscribe users - similar to banning a email address. The email address
is removed by a moderator but the person can apply for membership again.
3. Ban the email address. This has only been used for SPAM unsolicated email
- you know the stuff. But it can be used to take away the privilege of
applying for membership and/or posting to the group.
The only one currently in hot water is Stan for repeatedly posting emails to
Chuck Lemann <chucksright@xxxxxxxxx> via this email list. I've warned him
since December of last year about this. At first I manually overrode the
settings believing that Chuck was a feleaster_pipe*.*low radio officer. He is
not and he has made it clear he does NOT want to receive emails from this group.
So if Stan sends anyone outside this group a message addressed to this group,
he is on moderation. Stan can - and I have no control over it, send a message
by BCC but the recipient can REPLY to ALL and messages will go to this group.
If Stan does this I will moderate him.
If Stan continues to do this as he has for the past nine months, I will remove
him from the list as a last resort.
I am managing this list alone, and I do not have time to moderate error
messages that are due to Stan's misuse of this list.
