While this is something that could very well happen in the future, and in fact
is starting to happen, it's highly unlikely that it will happen by October 1st.
1. China and Russia don't have enough currency to replace the U.S. Dollar as
the world's reserve currency.
2. It would make China's currency so strong that nobody could afford to buy
their products, and they depend upon exports to support their economy..
3. The USD is strong right now, not weak.
4. Why would this person, who few people have ever heard of, be privy to this
highly secretive information?
