Why would so many Auto Manufacturers Joint Venture Manufacturing plants
in China if the Chinese were so poor and their roads were the same? Among

talking assembly plants.
If poor China can make a grid of 186 MPH mass transportation Bullet Trains
and Tracks couldn't they also make paved roads, airports, seaports, etc?
