I've asked him to be a moderator so he could take care of his mailing list
errors, he declined.
So out he goes.
I posted the last warning privately not to hide it, but to give him a

When you send through the sparkscoffee@xxxxxxxxxxxxx a message to
another person or list, either using TO: CC: or BCC: when that person
responds the email will post to sparkscoffee@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. This
generates two error reports, one to the sender saying that the sender is
not subscribed, the other to the moderators of the list.
ALL I AM ASKING YOU TO DO IS STOP POSTING YOUR MESSAGES THAT YOU SEND
THROUGH SPARKSCOFFEE@xxxxxxxxxxxxx TO OTHERS WHO ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED.

I'm fine with that, but I am sick of handling the error messages that

It is very simple. Instead of using To: or Cc: to address your emails to
several adresses use Bcc: when one of the addresses is this group.
When you do that people who reply to your emails will reply to only to
and not to this list as well, because if they reply to this list it gets
blocked because they are not a member of the list and this makes more work
for DR.
Use Bcc: , not To: or Cc: Got it? End of discussion.

The problem comes when you address another person who is not a member of
the email list.
When that person responds, moderators receive messages that the message
will be held pending moderation by the moderators.
This happens for each such message.
I don't like doing this especially when I have been asking you to STOP
doing this.
This subject is closed, I am not going to discuss it further, if you
continue this subject after I have repeatedly replied to you privately and
publicly, I will moderate you so that your email no longer posts
automatically to this list.
Can't you understand that I have been dealing with your doing this for
