SharkLasers.com - Service of the Month

This month's notable service for users of any operating platform offers a
convenient way to limit access to personal email addresses. Although discussion
forums, many commercial sites, and even some benign-sounding .org entities,
provide highly desirable goodies, apparently without strings, almost invariably
an email address is required before the process can be completed. Once an email
address has been released from a carefully constrained list of recipients, the
jig is up, the address is out there, and the spam begins to roll in.

"SharkLasers - Disposable Temporary E-Mail Address ... Here is your random
disposable email address - without login or registration! Test it out, try
sending an email to it - new emails arrive instantly to the inbox ... Give it
to entities who you don't trust and keep spam away from your regular email. So
far, our network processed 2,601,429,758 emails (+201), (75040 / hour)."- from
the website

One way to circumvent the requirement is to supply an email address which will
work briefly to enable access to a code or reply-to response but which will
evaporate when the necessary details have been completed. SharkLasers.com
provides exactly that service. Access to the email address is through its ID,
which does not expire and does not require a signup or a password, thus emails
can be accessed by anyone armed with the email address. (There is no
expectation of privacy.) Any emails delivered to the address are available for
one hour, after which they are deleted, whether or not they have been checked
-- the ultimate in disposable messages. Alternate domain names can be used
including grr.la, guerrillamail.com, and the entirely appropriate spam4.me.

Delivery to the SharkLasers.com email address is virtually instantaneous and
certainly worth sending a test message to in order to verify its functionality.
