Hello Karim,
Here's how to go about registering for Bookshare membership:
1 visit
https://www.bookshare.org/signUpType
2. Select the individual membership link. This will lead you to an online
form, where you should fill in the details and upon completion, submit the
said form.
3. once done, please send me a scanned copy of your proof of disability,
which is either from an Ophthalmologist or even better, the medical report
from the National Council of Persons with disabilities which you obtained
when you registered with the council.
I will on my part submit a report and attach your proof of disability to
complete the process. The annual membership is $10 or its equivalent in
Kshs.
Please let me know if you encounter any challenges.
At this point I would also like to suggest Karim that you ensure your posts
are placed right at the top of the message to which you are replying. This
is accomplished by navigating to the top of the message your composing so
that it appears above the one you are responding to. This way, it becomes
much easier to locate and respond to any queries you might have or to read
and appreciate your contributions/ideas more easily.
