its me again.
I must say, I was a bit hesitant to send this email, but...
anyway; kuuliza si ujinga.
so, since I became blind I have been hearing this talk about the
Marrakeshtreaty. and lately I decided to do some reading and get to
know something a bit about it. also this email from Paul prompted me
to send this email

to day, the tunisian parliament has voted a law allowing the
government of tunisia to ratify the Marrakesh Treaty in favour of
the blind
and visualy impaired persons.

when I was reading and going through the list of countries that have
radified the treaty, I did not see Kenya in the list.
and, I must say; at this point, I felt myself break a sweat on my
forehead, and, went into a small panic attack.
anyway I had a few questions and I do hope that I will get many
responses from everyone as I try to understand.
- why, is it, that Kenya has not radified this treaty?
- what obstacles are facing our country or representatives to radify
this treaty?
- are there people who are doing this work or are there
representatives who are working on this?
- if there are people doing this, I would like to contact them and
maybe know more about this subject. does anyone have such contact
information on them?
- what do most of you think about this treaty?
