RHO got off to a bad start with the officials getting called for a
technical foul five seconds into the game. Lake K went on a 9-0 run but it
was immediately followed by an 8-0 run for RHO. RHO led 30-27 after one
quarter. Lake K led for most of the second quarter but never by more than
six points. At the half, Lake K led 62-59.
Lake K led the entire third quarter but always between 2 and 7 points.
Heading to the 4th, Lake K was up 86-81. RHO went on a 7-0 run for a 92-90
lead, and four times in the 4th got the lead as high as 5. RHO last led at
111-110 and the game was tied at 116-116 with two minutes left. Lake K
scored the next five points, but after Mitchell cut it to 121-118, RHO
missed three separate three pointers that would have tied the game. RHO
fouled intentionally three times and Lake K made all six of those FT's to
pull away and win 129-119.
Harrell was unstoppable inside scoring a game high 40 points. Gobert
paired 21 points with a game high 18 rebounds. Smart and LeVert each
scored 14 points, and each dished out a game high 9 assists. Mitchell
missed eight three's but still led his team with 34 points. Bogdanovic
added 23 points and Graham scored 21. Lake K led 50-4 in points in the
paint!!
