SOGAGG Colleagues,
Many of you no doubt heard the loud thunder clap this morning and assumed it
was our Marine cohorts up in Pendleton partaking of their 144 millimeter
howitzers as they drove back the hoard of Angelenians on Highway 5 South who
were attempting an early break out of L.A. to get to San Diego before the
weekend.
You would be wrong, valued Society members. It was a massive breaking of
the sound barrier created by the Blue Angels streaking across our Bagger's
house in the fiercely independent and unincorporated community of Bonita to
salute one of the U.S. Government's finest as he arose to find out while
shaving that he doesn't look a single day older on his birthday (you lucky
devil, you).
He of the Cheshire Cat smile and sandbagging golf game, husband of Joanie
the Delight who always properly dresses him every morning before his
departure and reminds him not to slouch and to treat his employees exactly
180 degrees from what he observes within SOGAGG.
Question: What is the protocol here? Do we buy Bagger a round on the 26th
to celebrate his birthday or does Bagger buy a round for the Society to
celebrate our allowing him to spend the day un-harassed? Please advise.
