Depends on how fast Newegg is... they vary, but three days is pretty
short to get new parts here.

The good news is that assuming this works I will be able to get the same
motherboard/RAM and then give one of the setups to Jo once we have
income again, which will make two good systems, and then just upgrade
processors for the next several upgrades.

Not as full as Jo's, which has been with us almost since Grand Forks and
is still going strong.  And there's actually the possibility that it's
my video card going out (unlikely though), so I may not be done with the
fixes!
