Considering his location and need to fly and other band members location,
would it be a consideration to let him out of the contract and ask if Joe
Mullin might be available?
Just a thought? You have a better handle on this than any of us, so I
would say that whatever you suggest is fine.

to the Board. I asked if we could wait a few more weeks to see if things
are getting better or not and he indicated we could but he would need to
know some in advance of the week of show.
I think this is something we should be thinking about. I have his phone
number and can reach him when needed. The rest of the guys are in IN and OH
so that's not a problem and Chris cannot be replaced as he's half the
show. My thoughts are that we should not wait until the last minute to
cancel or not. I'd think a decision should be made by April 1 or
thereabouts. Let me know your thoughts and Ursula can and should make the
final decision on the show happening ( or not).
