I've downloaded the update (the phone even confirmed it was indeed at
100%), yet now I'm still only getting the prompt asking if I want to
download (as opposed to "install") the update. I left it alone for long
enough, only to find I'm still being prompted to *download* even after
I'm being told the download reached 100%??
