Hi Sharon,
Kapsys are aware of a bug relating to email searching in the current firmware, 
build 4069. A new build ought to be released in around two weeks to fix this.
Rhonda: Can you visit accounts under settings and remove your mail account that 
way?

Hi Sharon
Sorry but can't help you with this problem.
The email app on the Smartvision is not a good one and I have given up trying 
to use it. I was hoping Kapsys would have addressed the problems by now.

As well as the issues you outlined, I can't stop emails downloading nor can I 
delete my account, very frustrating.

Hi all, I am trying to sort through emails on my smart vision 2 using the email 
program that came with it. When I go into the search box I can only type one 
letter at a time. I have to keep arrowing out and back in to the box for each 
letter. However even then it won’t let me do every letter. For example I have 
been trying to type O but it will only type M or N even though I have pressed 
the six three times. I don’t like using the on screen keyboard I can never get 
the right letters so I keep to the phone’s keys. I have also tried the voice 
search option but this only works rarely the rest of the time no matter how 
loud I talk it doesn’t pick up a word.

I am getting totally frustrated because I have heaps of emails I want to sort 
through but I want to do them topic by topic.
This use to work fine before the last update but since then I have been having 
these issues. Before today I was able to type the words out by going in and out 
of the box but today I can’t use allot of the letters.

Another feature I lost after the last update was being able to select multiple 
emails at once. I used to be able to do a long press on the middle of the 
arrows and this would select the message I was on. Then after selecting a 
number of messages I was able to go down the bottom and press delete. Now if I 
do the long press it just opens the message. So I can’t delete more then one 
email at a time. I can put up with this issue however it would be nice to be 
able to delete more then one at a time.

Hope someone can help with the major problems I am having.
