May I ask what this app does? I looked it up on the Play Store, but I
couldn't work out what it is supposed to do.

Thanks for making me aware of this app.
I've just installed the free version from the Play Store and, no, I'm not
experiencing this problem.
I'd suggest a re-install and see if that helps.

Hi all,
I'm just wondering if any other Kapsys SmartVision 2 users have the app
Eye-D Pro installed, and whether anyone is finding that with the app's
latest update the app is crashing immediately it is opened. I can't work
out if the problem is with the SmartVision 2 itself, or the app, but I'd
guess the issue is possibly to do with the fact that the app may have been
optimised for devices running android versions later than 6.0.
