Hi Lana,
As nice as it would be to get rid of these android error messages entirely, you
ought not need to restart the phone each time. Try pressing the right arrow key
to focus on the ok button, then press select.

Kapsys says the same thing when using the telephone.
It says “unfortunately telephone has stopped working.”
The only way to get it started again is to turn the power off and start all
over again and all is fine.
I don’t know if that helps.

Subject: [smartvisionau] Re: Eye-D Pro crashes on Kapsys SmartVision 2
Hi Sam,
I’ll give your suggestion a try, although it’s the Pro version which is
crashing on my phone. I sent my query to a couple of other lists as well as
this one, and Steve Nutt suggested that I enabled all permissions for the app,
but having done that, and then rebooted the phone, I’m still getting an error .
The error message reads as follows: “Unfortunately Eye-d Pro has stopped.”
Under that there are two buttons REPORT and OK.
