slapt-get finds nothing to update because your system is up to date.
You can check this looking at the top of these ChangeLogs:
https://slackware.uk/slint/x86_64/slint-15.0/ChangeLog.txt
https://slackware.uk/salix/x86_64/slackware-15.0/ChangeLog.txt
and comparing the versions of of the most recently updated packages marked
"Upgraded" with the versions of the installed packages, listed in the directory
/var/log/pkgtools/packages.

Looks good although you didn't get the keys for these sources.
Please type as root:
slapt-get --add-keys.
Also to know which packages are not up to date in your system please type:
ls -1 /var/lib/pkgtools/packages > pkgcoscell.txt
and attach the file pkgcoscell.txt to your next message
