The complete list of propositions to the AGM are attached. Regards Celia Proposition to the LBKA AGM 2011 North Lincolnshire District proposes that LBKA stops printing the Quarterly Review and instead publishes the QR in digital form, on the LBKA website. Supporting Notes The cost of printing the QR, is rising every year, while the number of members without internet access is going down every year. We suggest that each District asks their small number of members without internet access if they would still like to receive a hard copy of the QR, which could then be downloaded and printed at a small expense to the District. We believe that this would be a great saving to LBKA and would release more funding for other projects. We would like to stress, should this proposal be accepted, that we are very grateful to Phil Raines for his valiant effort so far and very much hope that he continues as editor in the digital format (where his photography can be admired in colour).
