[sinatraphiles] an odd Command Performance

I found the following listing in The Honolulu Advertiser February 17, 1946
for a Command Performance that would have aired February 23, 1946:

I can't find any Command Performance that matches that description. I'm
wondering if it was some type of compilation show.

The only radio program that included "The Rover Boys Down East" or "Rescue
on the River" was from a program called Request Performance from October 21,
1945:

Program #3. WBBM, Chicago aircheck. Sponsored by: Campbell's Soup. The
program is produced by the Masquer's Club Of Hollywood. Johnny Mercer sings,
"On The Atchison, Topeka and The Santa Fe." Eddie Bracken goes for a
physical. Orson takes listeners on a "Rocket Trip To The Moon." He reminds
listeners that he's going to the moon, not Mars. Residents of New Jersey are
especially warned. Knox Manning is heard as the "reporter" broadcasting the
launch of the rocket ship. Orson's description of being in outer space is
remarkably similar to what astronauts would describe twenty years later. The
cast does, "The Rover Boys Down East," or "Rescue On The River.

I had a listen to that program and Sinatra is not on it.
