On this day in 1957, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney, Louis
Armstrong, and Bob Hope were brought on by Ford for a TV Special about the
unveiling of the Ford Edsel. As a first of its kind, the marketing tactic was
amazing, however the car ended up being a total flop.
