Ramy, This is pretty clearly laid out in various documents. But here goes... Position at first note/rest on the bar where you want the metronome mark. Go to create/text/system text menu. Look for metronome. Hit enter on the edit field. Use the numpad to enter the note value, e.g. the number 4 for a quarter note symbol, the number 3 for an eighth note symbol, then the equals sign, then the value using the number row (not the numpad keys). to make a quarter note equal 120 beats per minute, press numpad 4, equal, 120. Then press escape. Don't understand your question on instrument names.
