[sib-access] sibelius 5 with 2 gb of ram

HI all:
I have my netbook with 2 gb of ram, windows 7 starter,
Sibelius 5 is not working ont it at all, is there anyway to make it work
there? I don't want to use any sounds jst the sound card sounds,, it opens
but never continue.
Using jaws 11 here.
