Hi,

There's a sneaky way of getting this right on any version of Windows:

1 - Hold down the Windows key and press R - this will bring up the Run dialog;

2 - Type in:

%appdata%

The percent signs are vital;

3 - Press Enter and you should land in the folder you need.

Best wishes.

Subject: [sib-access] question installing sib sib-access scripts

Hi all,
I’m currently trying to install the scripts on my new machine and want to copy
the sibelius software folder that is provided to my user app data folder.
However, I can’t seem to find it under win 7, pressing the backspace key
doesn’t work there. This is kind of stupid, I remember having exactly the same
problem installing the scripts on my desktop computer, but I just can’t
remember where to locate this folder under win 7.

And yet another question:
I’m using a laptop with a usb numpad hooked up to it. Is there anything special
to pay attention to as far as the keyboard layout is concerned, should it be
laptop or pc?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers
Thomas
