[sib-access] Re: instruments names deleted without reason

when the file is open, and when you are focused on a staff in the score, do two 
things.  Use CTRL ALT Up or Down Arrow to see if JaWS says another instrument 
in the score.  If the names are gone, press the letter w.  then do the same 
thing with CTRL ALT Up and Down Arrow.  this time, you should hear instrument 
names.
