She's Greek. It's most likely a bouzouki.
Your best bet would be to show the part you write to a bouzouki
player who can read music. Perhaps there is a forum for Greek musicians online?

that's the sound of the quatro, but I believe this one is the buzuki indeed
because of the music style being modern Greek.

I've heard buzuki before, but to me this instrument here sounds like the
kind of guitar used in Gipsy music with oval-shaped holes. The Spanish
flamenco Paco de Lucia plays an instrument with a sound just like that.
