If you cannot enter pitches using eight MIDI keyboard, you may enter pitches
by pressing the C and then the up and down arrow keys to select the proper
pitch. Pressing the letter R alternates between entering notes and rests of the
durations chosen by the alpha numeric number keys on the top row of the mQWERTY
keyboard.
Did you read the excerpt I emailed you from the documentation? It explains how
to make sure that MIDI input is, in fact, enabled? The fact is,MIDI no
connectivity can easily go in and out without warning. So, you would do well
to memorize the procedure for checking whether input is enabled.

I have a 25 key keyboard but cant remember which model. Connected via the
camera kit.
I have used the keyboard with garage band, and a synth app with no issues.

Before you decide that something doesn't work, get sighted assistance.
Certain things may not be accessible. That doesn't mean they don't work. I
have low vision and I often use get. I would have to know exactly what
keyboard you are connecting and what iOS device you are connecting it to and
what other apps you are using that "work. "

Go to your local Apple store and ask them for a Lightning to USB adapter.

Hi all:
I don't have an IPAD, but I found a version from the symphony pro, on
iphone, don't know if ths is the same or what, but anyway, I can bjy
an old Ipad, if this app will provid a better alternative than
Sibelius specially on my Lictures.
so, what do I need to connect any midi controller to my IPAD?
is there any type of converters between the standered USB and the
IPHone sokit? or, I need another thing.
I don't want to buy a special midi controller for my IPhone.
so, I need ur advice before perciousing anything.
THanks
