I agree with this whole heartedly...
I would be willing to pay a fee if it helps to speed up the process.
We need more people like Dan out there. Hats off and thank you for all of
your dedicated efforts and time!

lots of people would i'm sure, since most of us are using this to produce
notation for peers, for students, bandmates, college courses etc. i.e. we're
not all weekend hobbyists.
However, as far as I know, Dan has been steadfastly against any sort of
payment, which is a shame since I have no idea how he remains motivated.
