I'll bet Sib 6, since it was the last install and would have updated the 
registry. I think you can alter this behavior in the file types dialog in 
Windows Explorer, though.

If you open a file from, say, Windows Explorer, which version of Sibelius
opens?

For the record, I installed Sibelius 6, and version 5 still works normally,
both on the same machine.
