Sandra,

Is this machine connected to the Internet. If it is, I could remote in and
check your setup. What version of Jaws are you running?

Best wishes.

I'm back. I recopied the Sibelius Software folder into Roaming, reopened
Sibelius from the start menue and got the "plugin is not working properly"
message. I ran test plugin and ended up in a circle.
I would really like to know what I'm doing wrong or whether I should quit
while I'm ahead and take Sibelius back to the shop today. There can't be too
many other things left to try can there? It's a real shame if I cannot use
this wonderful programme. I remember saying more than once that Sib3 was
good enough for me but, as you all know, it doesn't work with Vista.

All the best,
Sandra.
