I'll bet that's the problem. JAWS needs to be set to desktop keyboard in
order to work with Sibelius using a standard keypad.

The numpad actualy worked at some point. I haven't used Sibelius in a while,
so it is a new problem, which just have started...
I can't see why it should be the numpad, when it says "no keystroke" under
preferences, menus and shortcuts, laptop, and then on flat, sharp and 8th
note, quarter note and so forth. I could of course type the different
shortcuts in myself, but that would be a lot of work. Maybe that is the only
solution, but I would of course need sighted assistance...

Then since your keypad has never worked in Sibelius, it is unlikely to ever
work. I believe a Logitech keypad will work, but do not know if it is the
Bluetooth version or the USB version.

Are you sure you're in the Common Notes template? Some of the latter
templates have a considerable collection of unassigned keys.

The thing is that it says "no keystroke" on all of the different keypads
under preferences, menus and shortcuts, laptop. I don't think that it is my
numpad. It works in all other programs...

If it used to work, then I would suspect the external numpad and not

Hi all
Somehow all the shortcuts to the keypad through my whireless numpad don't
work in the laptop mode. I have tried to check out the different modes under
preferences, menus and shortcuts, and it looks like that there aren't anyone
of the modes, which have numpad keystrokes for flat and sharp and so forth.
Do anyone have a suggestion of what I should try to get it working again? It
is probably my Sibelius, which is the problem, right? I have tried to
reinstall the Sibelius Acces scripts again, so that shouldn't be the
problem.
