Dear Vince,
I posted a message a while ago on this matter but maybe were you not on the
list yet.
I have been through exactly the same problems and it's now certain that
Sibelius access won't work with Sibelius 5 demo version. I think this should be
Emphasised on Sibelius access' website so that noone makes the mistake again
but that is the sad truth.
Sorry for the bad news,
all the best,

  Subject: [sib-access] SIB Access Issue

  Hi all,

I'm not using Sib just yet, but have downloaded the demo of it from
Sibelius. It's the same as the version 5 Full edition but with no
  saving capabilities.

I installed Sib Access as instructed by copying the scripts to my
current settings folder for Jaws (Jaws 8.0.216), copyed the Sibelius
Softwre folder over to the Applications Data folder and ran all seven
registry entry files with no errors.

Sib Access sseems to be coming up ok, I get the settings loaded for
  Sibelius message at startup.

The problem I'm having is no matter which sample score I open I get
the same response when trying to navigate the score..."Hir C Sharp4
Bar 18 quarter note quarter 4.33". No matter whether I tab, Ctrl-Home
or CTRL-End, I get this same note at the same bar. Even when I try to
switch staves, I get the same results.

Could there be another difference in the interface of the demo? The
version of the demo is 5.2.

  Thanks,
  Vince
