Ramy,
A braille display is not the way to go in your case. What you need to do is 
route JAWS to a pair of headphones that only you can hear while having your 
music go out to your speakers for your clients. Since I don't know how your 
studio is configured, I don't know how to exactly do that. But it can be done. 
Perhaps someone else on this list will help with that particular problem. 
Again, don't use a braille display. It's not the right move.

Actually, if you're just doing Sibelius stuff, it's possible that your clients 
don't need to hear the music at all. Therefore if you can just have everything 
going to your headphones for you, you'll be fine.
